A man was taken to hospital as a "priority" after a medical emergency in Ilford.
London Ambulance Service (LAS) received a call at 10.02am on October 3 with reports of an unwell man in High Road.
A social media video shows the pavement outside Maz Hair Dresser cordoned off to allow the ambulance crew to deal with the patient.
A spokesperson for the LAS said: "We sent an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic, two paramedics in fast response cars, a paramedic on a motorbike and an incident response officer to the scene.
"The first paramedic arrived in less than two minutes. We treated a patient at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
A spokesperson for police confirmed it was "a medical incident we were assisting with, no additional details".
The LAS have not provided details into what the medical emergency was or how the patient is doing now.
