Businessmen and women from across the borough competed to become Croydon Business' charity quiz champions.
The event last week raised £2,875 for local charity Rehab UK, which helps people with disabilities get jobs.
Winner of the 2005/06 title was Mott Macdonald an engineering consultancy based in Wellesley Road.
They had a secret weapon in their team, 2005 Mastermind finalist Mark Grant.
Solicitors Ormerods were runners-up with the Croydon Business team third.
Prizes from a raffle and auction included a gemstone necklace worn by Patsy Palmer in BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing.
The necklace was donated by Chris Anne Ltd, a local firm chosen as a supplier for the hugely successful television show.
The firm helped Strictly Come Dancing secure a Bafta nomination for its costumes.
