A HUGE street brawl between rival Tottenham and Chelsea fans has left several men hospitalised.

Thirty-four supporters were arrested after violent clashes broke out following the 3-3 FA Cup quarter-final slash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Football hooligans armed with knives and other weapons clashed outside the White Horse Pub, in Parsons Green, south west London, at 8.20pm.

Seven men were treated for head and chest injuries at various west London hospitals.

A 31-year-old man, from Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, remains under arrest in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said the six other men, aged 26 to 50, had been discharged and were in police custody.

The other 27 men are being questioned at various west London police stations.

An investigation into the brawl is being carried out by Hammersmith and Fulham Crime Operations and the Met's Football Intelligence Unit.

Supt Dave Page said: "Incidents of this nature following a football match are rare, but it would appear that a very small number of supporters were intent on meeting after the match for a confrontation.

"We are committed to providing a safe and trouble free environment for the majority of supporters who attend the match to support their teams."
