NEIL Entwistle has been arrested at a London Tube station in connection with the murders of his wife and baby daughter at their US home.
Mr Entwistle's wife Rachel and nine-month-old daughter, Lillian, were found shot dead in their Massachusetts home last month.
Mr Entwistle, 27, was arrested at Royal Oak station in west London at 11.50am on Thursday on a provisional extradition warrant.
The warrant was issued on Wednesday night by an American court.
US authorities want to extradite him to face the murder charges and of illegal possession of a firearm.
Mr Entwistle is now being held in custody at a London police station and is due to appear in Bow St magistrate's court tomorrow.
Since the murders Mr Entwistle had been staying at his parents' home in Worskop, Nottinghamshire.
Neil Entwistle has never said anything in public about the murders and he did not attend the funerals.
