DAGENHAM and Redbridge players and officials showed off their trophy to fans as they toured Dagenham on an open top bus.
The celebrations started at Victoria Road at 4pm on Sunday and continued as the bus proceeded through the borough's streets to the Civic Centre where team and officials delivered speeches to the cheering crowd.
Meanwhile five Daggers' players have been selected to play in the Four Nations Tournament to take place in Scotland later this month.
Conference top scorer Paul Benson, Glen Southam and Anwar Uddin are all in the England National Game 18-man squad named by boss Paul Fairclough, while keeper Tony Roberts and striker Chris Moore have been called up by Wales.
Jon Boardman and Danny Foster are on the England standby list should any of the original squad pick up injuries. Daggers have announced four friendly matches for the pre-season campaign which will lead into the club's first ever appearance in the Football League.
West Ham United will visit Victoria Road on July 14 for Tony Roberts' Testimonial match, the Daggers will travel to Borehamwood on July 17 and entertain Birmingham City on July 31. They visit Maidstone United on August 2.
In what seems like poetic justice, Boston United, the club whose questionable dealings saw Daggers miss out on promotion five years ago, were relegated out of League Two when they were beaten by Wrexham on the final day of the season.
