Eurostar opens a brand new station, Ebbsfleet International, on November 19, 2007. It's located just off junction 2 of the M25 near the Dartford Crossing, and very close to Bluewater shopping centre in north Kent - and it's the fastest way to Europe.

Ebbsfleet International is part of High Speed 1, Britain's first new mainline for more than a century. Eurostar trains travelling at 186mph - that's 50 per cent faster than any other railway in Britain - will slash journey times by at least 20 minutes.

So Eurostar will carry you from Ebbsfleet to Paris in a mere two hours five minutes, to Brussels a tiny one hour 41 minutes, and to Lille a minuscule hour and ten minutes.

And Ebbsfleet International is closer to the M25 than any of London's airports, making it easy to reach from across southern England. It has 2,500 car parking spaces that are within five minutes' walk of the station, Eurostar ticketholders can also travel free to and from both Ebbsfleet and Ashford International stations on Southeastern trains, using Fastrack bus services to connect between Ebbsfleet and local railway stations at Dartford, Gravesend and Greenhithe.

It's a quicker and more convenient way to travel.
