If a family ski holiday is on the cards this season make sure you and the children have mastered the basics or perfected technique before hitting the slopes.
And to ensure you are ready, we are giving one lucky family (two adults and two children) the chance to win a three lesson ski course at the Realli-Ski centre at Radlett, near Watford.
Realli-Ski uses an innovative ski simulator to help beginners learn quickly and safely. While for advanced skiers, lessons on the simulator are a great way to achieve slope fitness and improve technique.
Using a tilting, moving Realli-Snow surface to replicate the thrill of the piste, the simulator can help beginners learn 15 times faster than on snow or a dry ski slope.
And with no time wasted on ski lifts, a 30 minute lesson is equivalent to five hours skiing on a slope.
Boasting a safety harness and hand bar, the simulator is suitable for adults and children over three years of age. Youngsters under 1.35m will need to take one private lesson before participating in a Realli-Ski course.
Offering five skill levels from the first-timer green run to the expert black double diamond standard, families and groups of mixed ability are taught simultaneously by our professional ski instructors.
Each customer receives a personalised record of progress for every course of ski lessons taken.
A single lesson for a child costs £24 and adult £27. A course of 10 beginner lessons costs £202 (child) and £228 (adult).
Realli-Ski is located at Battlers Green Farm, Radlett, near Watford. The centre is open seven days a week, from now until April, 10am - 10pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
For further information, or to book a lesson, contact Realli-Ski on telephone 0845 8382811 or visit www.realli-ski.com.
