ENO revisits one of the jewels in its crown: Jonathan Miller's feel-good Gilbert & Sullivan masterpiece.
The Mikado is a riotous romp through old Japan, with show-stopping tunes and dance numbers, witty repartee and beautifully realised costume and sets, all blending seamlessly into a remarkable and unforgettable night out.
The comic genius and G&S specialist Richard Suart reprises his interpretation of Ko-Ko culminating in his satirical observations rendered in The List.
He is joined by British tenor Robert Murray, who plays Nanki-Poo, and Sarah Tynan as the delightful Yum-Yum.
The proceedings are progressed under the baton of ENO favourite Wyn Davies and the cast completed with an all-singing, all-dancing ensemble of ENO chorus and dancers.
We have five pairs of top-price tickets to give away, for the 7.30pm performance on February 15.
