Police have arrested two people in connection with an assault in Borehamwood.
An 18-year-old man received a number of suspected stab wounds to his arms between 6.10pm and 6.30pm on Tuesday (June 22).
An air ambulance was called to the scene in the Torworth Road/Northgate Path area of the town, landing close by, but the victim was taken to Barnet Hospital by road.
He was discharged from hospital on Tuesday.
Detectives launched an investigation into the stabbing and today have confirmed two arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says a 25-year-old man from London and a 26-year-old man from London have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and remain in police custody at this time.
Detective Constable David Seal said: "I understand that this incident would have caused concern among the local community. We believe this was an isolated incident and two people have now been arrested in connection with the robbery.
"Our enquiries are on-going and anyone with information should not hesitate to get in touch."
