Children described as “fantastic role models” have completed their primary education with a raft of celebrations.
Year 6 pupils at Roydon Primary Academy have set off for their next step of education, but not before enjoying time together.
End of school activities included a day at Harlow Outdoors where they had a go at archery, mega paddle boarding and bumble.
Matt Girvan, lead practitioner, said: “This group of Year 6 children have been a pleasure to teach and work with. They have made outstanding academic progress and their behaviour has been exemplary all year.
“It is wonderful that, even after a challenging year and a half, the children have continued to work hard, make happy memories and been able to share the last few months of school together. They have represented Roydon wonderfully and have matured into fantastic role models for the younger children.”
