Congestion is building around Dartford Crossing following a collision on the QE2 bridge this afternoon.
Two of the lanes on the QE2 bridge have been closed.
Traffic is passing in the remaining two lanes but there is "heavy congestion" back to Junction 29 of the M25 according to Highways England.
The traffic service pleaded with travellers to "allow extra time" for journeys.

Highways England first reported the collision just after 3pm when it said there were delays of up to 70 minutes.
The tweets said: "2 lanes are currently closed on the #QE2Bridge following a collision.
"Traffic is passing in 2 lanes but there is heavy congestion back to J29 of the #M25.
"Please allow extra time for your journey.
"Thanks for your patience."
And: "There are currently delays of up to 70 minutes back to J29 of the #M25 clockwise due to a collision on the #QE2Bridge at #Dartford.
"Please allow extra time or consider alternative routes."
