Four people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man in his 20s was found with serious injuries in Chislehurst this morning.
Police were called to Royal Parade at around 5.45am following reports of a fight and a crashed car, where they found the victim suffering wounds to his face and body.
Officers believe the suspects crashed while attempting to flee after attacking the victim, abandoning the car at the scene.

Following a search of the area, police found two males and two females believed to have been involved in the incident.
All were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and taken into custody where they remain.
The victim was rushed to hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
Another person was also treated at the scene and taken to hospital, the ambulance service said.
Royal Parade has reopened having been closed off for the morning and early afternoon.
