Man accused of a series of burglaries in Harlow
A man has been charged after a series burglaries and attempted burglaries in Harlow.
Troy Eugene, of Dagenham was arrested and charged by police after allegedly committing fraud by false representation.
He is also suspected to have committed a car theft and attempted burglary.
The charges relate to incidents which took place on November 19 and 20.
The 20-year-old, will appear in Colchester Magistrates’ Court today.
