December is approaching and next week everyone will be opening the doors on their advent calendars. While you’re waiting to get your Christmas decorations out, what better than festive drinks to get you into the Christmas spirit?
The Glades in Bromley has recently got its Christmas decorations out. The Christmas lights are hanging in most shops and there’s a walk-through Christmas tree situated near the main entrance. Children’s rides are located outside the shopping centre so you can shop while enjoying the Christmas atmosphere.
For coffee lovers, Costa is offering a festive range of drinks. There are two Quality Street themed drinks, the Purple One Latte and the Toffee Penny Latte. The Gingerbread & Cream Latte is also back! Terry’s Chocolate Orange, After Eight and Black Forest feature in their selection of hot chocolate drinks. They also have a variety of Christmas snacks like their festive sandwiches and muffins, reindeer cake and Father Christmas biscuits.
Starbucks is also offering new festive drinks, the Caramel Waffle Latte and Frappuccino, as well as Gingerbread. They have a tasty range of Christmas food too – a choice of festive sandwiches, toasties, mince pies and a good selection of treats like their chocolate-covered shortbread: South Pole Sam Penguin and North Pole Nat Polar Bear.
For a full festive afternoon tea, there’s a wide selection of delicious cakes on offer at Patisserie Valerie. Why not try their new indulgent, chocolatey reindeer-decorated cake slice with cream! Their mince pies are incredible, a perfect combination of soft pastry and fruit centre. Take a break from shopping to sip tea and decide what presents to buy next.
