Exercise and what the positive and negative effects it can have on your mental health. Well, people may have different perspectives on the effects of exercise on mental health including how it can reduce stress and anxiety, or how it can become too addictive, which can result in a bad outcome. Additionally, some respondents have remarked that exercise can improve your self-confidence towards others such as gaining or losing weight to becoming a healthier you. Exercise concludes to either a bad or good consequence. “In my opinion, exercise has helped me gain my confidence back in school and in public. Also, it can give me access to more opportunities through exercising from learning new skills and lessons,” Sarah Al-azzawi, 9.
In addition to this, exercise has been known to release excess dopamine and serotonin which prevents the risks of maintaining an unhealthy diet and motivates you and others to enjoy training at least a minimum of 30-45 minutes a day. It is better for someone not to exceed their limits on exercising as it can increase mortality rates and reduce life expectancies. However, some people may argue that exercise should not be done a lot due to, aches and pains throughout the body; this can be aimed towards people who have suffered with bad injuries that have led them to hate sport or let go of it due to some other problems aswell.
Overall, many people have said exercising can challenge you with great sports such as basketball, football etc. And that exercise usually ends with a positive impact towards one person.
