A Bromley man guilty of driving under the influence of cocaine has been disqualified from driving and fined.
Jerry Cheney, 33, of Tennyson Road, was caught behind the wheel on Bromley Road with an excessive quantity of the Class A drug in his system on August 18, 2021.
He pleaded guilty during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on January 12, 2022.
The court fined him £120, along with a victim’s surcharge of £34 and £85 to cover CPS costs.
He was also disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
