A major road in Potters Bar has been shut after scaffolding blew off a building and blocked the street.
Motorists have been warned to avoid High Street and the surrounding areas after the incident yesterday (Sunday) caused the road to be closed.
HCC Highways this morning (Monday) again urged people to use other routes as the road remains closed.

Reportedly no one was injured, though one motorist said they were nearly hit and another said they heard the crash from Highview Close.
It comes after Storm Eunice lashed the area with 75mph winds sparking more than 175 reports of trees being torn down across Hertfordshire.
In Watford a large tree toppled onto a bungalow and in Haringey a woman died after one fell onto a van.
