A man has been fined more than £500 in court for driving with and using a cancelled Blue Badge in Bromley.
Kourosh Aminazam admitted to driving a vehicle in Bromley on August 11, 2021 with a badge issued under Section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 was displayed on the vehicle after it had been cancelled.
Aminazam, of Haverstock Hill in north west London, was subsequently ordered to pay £530 in total for the offence during a hearing at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on February 14, 2022.
This includes a £146 fine, £34 to fund victim services and costs of £350.
This must be paid by March 11.
