Police have flocked to reports of a man "acting erratically" in a road in Thamesmead this afternoon.
Officers were called to Yarton Way just after 2.55pm.
It was established that no offences had been committed.
Police took the man home.
No injuries were reported.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "Police were called at 14:56hrs on Thursday, 9 March to reports of a man acting erratically in Yarnton Way, Thamesmead.
"Officers attended and it was established no offences had been committed. Officers took the man home.
"No injuries were reported."
