THE driver of a Vauxhall from Welling has been fined almost £800 after speeding in Greenwich.

Susan King, of Westwood Lane in Welling, was caught speeding at 37mph in Woolwich Road which has a 20mph speed limit on August 28, 2021.

The 60-year-old was found guilty during a single justice procedure hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on March 23, 2022.

She was ordered to pay £776 which includes a £615 fine, £61 to fund victim services, and costs of £100.

She was also given five points on her driving licence.

The speed was recorded with a Pro Laser 4 camera.

The fine for the offence must be paid by April 19, 2022.
