There are only a few weeks left until the 2022 local elections kick off and voters up and down the UK vote on who will run their local authorities for the next four years.
Bromley voters will see 58 candidates battle to win seats across 22 wards in the borough when polling stations open on Thursday, May 5. Fifteen wards will see three candidates elected, six wards will have two candidates elected while one ward will see only one candidate voted in.
Bromley has been controlled by the Conservatives since 2001 and for most of its history.
They currently have 50 councillors, while Labour have eight and there are two independents.
The major issues in the borough at the moment include road safety and a major and controversial redevelopment in Orpington.
