An appeal has been launched for eyewitnesses after a “serious” crash that shut the M11.
The stretch between junctions 6 and 5 was shut this morning (May 5) after a black vehicle left the road on the southbound carriageway.
Police were called to the scene before 6.10am to close the M11 and it is likely this will last throughout the morning.
Essex Police hopes to talk to anyone who was driving along the area between 2.30am and 6am for further information.
