A skateboarder is in a critical condition after being injured in Croydon.
The incident happened in Cherry Orchard Road just after 10am today.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene.
The injured man was taken by ambulance to a hospital in south London where he remains.
The road has reopened to traffic.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "Police were called by the London Ambulance Service shortly after 10:00hrs on Thursday, 5 May to reports of an injured skateboarder on Cherry Orchard Road in Croydon.
"Officers attended.
"The man was taken by LAS to a south London hospital where he remain in a critical condition.
"The road has since reopened to traffic."
