A man, aged in his 40s, has been taken to hospital after being stabbed in Lewisham.
Emergency services were called to Douglas Way yesterday (May 5) shortly before 7pm.
Officers say a group of men were reportedly seen attacking another man.
The victim was found with stab injuries and then taken to hospital.
His condition was later assessed as not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made.
Police enquires continue.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: Police were called at 6.59pm on Thursday, 5 May to Griffin Street/ Douglas Way, Lewisham.
“A group of males were reportedly seen attacking another male.
“Officers responded.
“A man in his 40s was found with a stab injury and taken to hospital; his condition was later assessed as not life-threatening.
“No arrests at this time. Enquiries continue.”
