A Bexley man has been fined a total of £826 after driving a Mercedes without a full driving licence or insurance.
Rhys Heselden was caught driving the vehicle along Crawford Way in Bexley on September 20, 2021, at around 10pm.
It was found that the 24-year-old was not qualified to drive and only held a provisional licence.
No learner plates were displayed on the Mercedes, and he was driving unsupervised by a qualified driver.
Heselden, of Hall Place Crescent, appeared at North West London Magistrates' Court on April 28.
He was fined £660 with a further victim surcharge of £66 and a fixed cost of £100.
These fees must be paid by May 26.
Heselden also received eight points on his driving licence.
The verdict for both offences were proven with a Single Justice Procedure.
