A man is fighting for his life after a crash with a van in Tooting.
The crash between a pedestrian and a van happened in London Road just before 11.50pm on April 25.
The pedestrian - a man in his 50s - was taken to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
His family are aware.
Police, ambulance crews and London's Air Ambulance were called to the scene.
The driver of the van stopped at the scene.
Any witnesses with information about the circumstances of the incident is asked to call the appeal line on 020 8543 5157, quoting reference CAD 2640/25Apr.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "Officers are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision in Tooting.
"Police were called at 11:48hrs on Monday, 25 April to reports of a collision involving a van and a pedestrian on London Road.
"Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance.
"The pedestrian – a man aged in his 50s – was taken to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
"His family have been informed.
"The driver of the van stopped at the scene.
"Detectives from the Met's Serious Collision Investigation Unit are working to establish the circumstances of the incident and would like to hear from any witnesses.
"Anyone with information is asked to call the appeal line on 020 8543 5157. Alternatively, call 101 quoting reference CAD 2640/25Apr."
