A man from Plumstead has been fined after stealing nine bottles of wine from Co-op store in Dartford.
Joshua Chambers, of Balgowan Street in Plumstead, stole the wine bottles worth £74.50 from the store in Oldfield Place on March 30, 2022.
The 38-year-old admitted to the offence at Medway Magistrates’ Court on April 22, 2022.
Chambers was discharged conditionally for 12 months.
He was ordered to pay £107 which includes £22 to fund victim services and court costs of £88.
No compensation costs were ordered as the items were recovered by the store.
The fine for the offence must be paid by May 20.
