- Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were been called to a fire at Stanstead Road, Lewisham.
- London Fire Brigade were tackling a fire in a third floor flat.
- Part of the roof was destroyed by the fire.
- London Fire Brigade said that nobody was injured in the blaze.
- They have been on scene since around 9am and fire was brought under control at 10.10am.
- The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
- The fire brigade said traffic delays are expected to continue in the area.
- There is disruption on the South Circular between Elsinmore Road and the B128 Junction.
