A woman from Lewisham has been fined in court after assaulting a police officer.
Shaquille McKay admitted to assaulting the officer in Liardet Street, SE8 on March 16, 2022.
The 23-year-old was ordered to pay £240 for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on May 16, 2022.
This includes a £120 fine and £120 compensation.
There was no order for costs as compensation was prioritised.
McKay, of Chipley Street in Lewisham, was fined a further £120 at the same hearing for failing without a reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court on April 13 after having been released on bail on March 17, 2022.
She must pay the full £360 balance in £20 monthly instalments starting on May 27.
