A man from Bexleyheath has been jailed for four months after stealing three bottles of Jack Daniels whisky from an Asda supermarket.
Ryan Gregory Brook, of Cumbrian Avenue in Bexleyheath, stole three bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey to the value of £75 belonging to ASDA in Bexleyheath on May 16, 2022.
Brook, 32, pleaded guilty to the offence at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on May 17, 2022 and was ordered to pay a £128 fine.
Brook was also sentenced to prison for 16 weeks as the court says he has a “flagrant disregard for people and their property”.
The court says the offence was aggravated by Brook’s record of previous offending.
The £128 fine is made up of victim services costs.
Brook must pay the fine in full by June 14, 2022.
