Police are investigating after a fight outside a McDonald's restaurant in Tooting.

The fight happened at around 1pm on Tuesday in Mitcham Road.

When police got there, those involved were no longer at the scene.

There have been no arrests.

There were also no reports of any injuries.

Police enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at approximately 13:00hrs on Tuesday, 28 June to reports of a number of people fighting in Mitcham Road, SW17.

"Officers attended but those involved were no longer on scene.

"No arrests; no reports of any injuries.

"Enquiries into the circumstances continue."
