A MAN has been taken to hospital following reports of a casualty on the train tracks near Clapham Junction.
Officers were called to the line shortly before 3.20pm yesterday (July 14).
Paramedics also attended the scene.
A man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries for treatment.
He currently remains in hospital.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “We were called to the line near Clapham Junction at 3.19pm yesterday (14 July) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Paramedics also attended and a man was taken to hospital for treatment to life-threatening injuries, where he remains.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
