Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was bitten by a dog in Dartford.
The incident happened between the River Darent and Joyce Green Lane at 4pm on July 10.
The cyclist, who was a man, was reportedly jumped by a dog as he was cycling on a footpath.
The dog started to bite the man's legs causing him to fall from his bike.
It was also reported that he was bitten on the face.
The dog was then pulled away from the cyclist by another man.
He reportedly told the cyclist the dog was from a rescue centre and that he would call for an ambulance.
Officers say the person left the area without calling for help.
