Police have issued two fines to people after conducting a series of stop and searches in Sidcup.
Police were patrolling the antisocial behaviour hot spot areas in Sidcup yesterday (July 25).
Officers carried out four stop and searches, two of them relating to drugs and two relating to criminal damage.
As a result, two fines were issued, and two referrals were made to the council.
One Community Resolution was also issued for drugs possession.
Community resolution allows police officers to deal with low-level crime.
Sidcup Police said: “During our patrols in the ASB hot spot areas the team carried out 4 x stop and searches, two relating to drugs and two relating crim dam. Two fines issued and 2 referrals made to the council as a result.
Also 1 x Com Res issued for drugs possession unrelated to the above.”
