A man from Eltham has been ordered to pay £475 after driving at 100mph down a dual carriage way in Sidcup.
Louie Marples sped at 100mph in a Volkswagen along the A20 Sidcup Bypass on January 15, 2022.
He admitted to the offence at a hearing at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on July 26.
The legal speed limit along the road was 70mph.

A IRS speedometer captured the car’s speed at 8.15am.
Marples, of Keynsham Road in Eltham, received five points on his driving licence.
He was also fined £350 along with £35 for victim services and costs of £90.
The full ordered payment of £475 must be paid by August 26.
The court took into account the defendant’s guilty plea during sentencing.
