Planning permission has been granted to provide over 750 homes and regenerate Douglas Bader Park estate.
The 10-year programme is due to start soon with the delivery of the first phase of 38 affordable homes.
Housebuilder The Hill Group and housing provider Home Group aim to ensure existing residents on the 1970s estate, in Colindale, benefit from the new high-quality homes.
