A girl is in a life-threatening condition after a hit and run.
Last night (August 20), at around 10.12pm, police were called to the scene of a crash between a Vauxhall Astra and a Bentley Continental in Colney Hatch Lane, Barnet.
The 12-year-old girl, who was in the Vauxhall Astra, was taken to hospital where she remains in life threatening condition having sustained critical injuries.

Police believe two men were in the Bentley Continental, both of whom had fled the scene on foot prior to the arrival of police.
The Bentley has not been reported as lost or stolen.
The girl’s family are aware and are being supported by specialist police officers.
Detectives are investigating an RTC in Colney Hatch Lane N11 which has left a 12-year-old girl in a critical condition. Two males made off on foot.

Metropolitan Police are investigating the crash and have appealed for witnesses, or anyone with dash cam or mobile phone footage, to contact them.
