A 28-year-old man has been taken to hospital after a shooting in Battersea.
The incident happened in Fairchild Close at 11.05pm yesterday (September 13).
Armed officers and London Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment.
Officers are waiting for an update on his condition.
Detectives are carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances of the incident.
No arrests have been made.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called by London Ambulance Service (LAS) at 11.05pm on Tuesday, 13 September to reports of a man with gunshot injuries in Fairchild Close, SW11.
“Armed officers attended along with the LAS and a 28-year-old man with gunshot wounds was taken to hospital.
“We await an update on his condition.
“Trident detectives from the Met's Specialist Crime Command are carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances.
“At this early stage of the investigation, no arrests have been made.
“Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is asked to call 101 quoting reference 8110/13Sep.
