A 17-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after being shot in Peckham.
Police were called to reports of a 17-year-old boy who was shot in Hastings Close just before 11.30pm last night (October 14).
He was then taken to hospital for treatment and later discharged.
Trident officers are currently investigating the incident.
There has currently been no arrests.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward and contact police on 101, quoting the reference 8613/14oct.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at around 23:25hrs on Friday, 14 October, to a report of a 17-year-old male shot in Hastings Close, SE15.
“A 17-year-old male was taken to hospital for treatment and later discharged.
“Trident officers are investigating. There has been no arrest.
“Any witnesses are asked to call police on 101, ref 8613/14oct.”
