Today we're discussing oily skin, so let's take a look at the causes of acne and blemishes. When pores get congested, acne develops. If you're anything like me, then you'll know that oily skin is a nightmare. I've tried everything from harsh scrubs and chemical exfoliators to pore strips and even resorting to layers and layers of makeup. Regardless of how effective your skincare is, if you don't maintain a routine throughout the day there won't be much difference at all. Because healthy skin is a journey- something that we can learn to do because it's a vital means of self-care.
We’ve normalised using so many different products a day because of them being overhyped or bought impulsively- turns out, too much isn't really a good thing for your skin—it's just confusing it, and making it more susceptible to breakouts.
