Three people have been charged after an incident in which a man was allegedly assaulted and a woman collided with a car.
Essex Police were called to reports of an incident in Queens Road, Brentwood, shortly before 1.30pm on October 16.
Three people were arrested at the time, after the woman was found with a serious leg injury after the reported collision. The man’s injuries were less severe.
Essex Police has now confirmed all three have also been charged.
Vicenzo Bytqi, 28, of Green Lanes, Edmonton, has been charged with possession of a knife or sharp pointed article in a public place, GBH with intent, and dangerous driving.
Veron Nikolla, 19, of Eastfield Road, Brentwood, and 55-year-old Zef Nikolla, of Home Gardens, Dagenham, have been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and affray.
They are all next due to appear at Basildon Crown Court on November 15.
Essex Police has requested anyone with any information, CCTV, dash-cam or other footage to get in touch, either by filing a report on its website, or calling 101, quoting incident 561 of October 16.
