London Ambulance Service has issued a statement as the driver of a car was taken to hospital following a crash with a bus in Lewisham.
The incident happened in Lee High Road at 4.10pm yesterday (October 31).
Officers, London Ambulance Service, and London Fire Brigade were called to the scene.
An ambulance crew, an incident response officer, and a clinical team leader also attended.
The driver, who was a man, was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
His condition has been assessed as not life-threatening.
The driver of the bus stopped at the scene.
No arrests have been made following the incident.
Belmont Hill and Clarendon Rise near Lee High Road were also closed following the incident, according to AA maps.
The roads have since reopened.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said:
“We were called at 4.10pm yesterday (31 October) to reports of a road traffic collision on Lewisham High Street.
“We sent an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and a clinical team leader to the scene.
“We treated one person at the scene before taking them to hospital.”
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said : “We were called at 16:12hrs on Monday, 31 October to reports of a collision involving a bus and a car in High Street, Lewisham.
“Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade.
“The driver of the car was taken to hospital. His condition was assessed as not life-threatening.
“The bus stopped at the scene.
“There were no arrests and officers arranged for the vehicles to be recovered.”
