St Martins Junior School in Epsom hosts a Bonfire Night every November Inviting family members/carers and friends of the students to come along. The Bonfire Night features entertaining activities and games for children of all ages and delicious food and warm drinks and ,of course, a spectacular firework display.
The Bonfire Night started at 5:15pm on the 3rd of November and was located on the main school playground, children were allowed to play and adults to chat or buy food from the delicious food stalls which included a variety of different foods such as delicious crepes, pizza and sweets to keep you warm while waiting for the fireworks to start.
They also offer mulled wine, beer, teas and coffees. All of the food stalls are managed by members of staff or parents/carers who kindly volunteered to take part in the event. There were also fun game stalls such as ring toss which made the evening even more enjoyable.
The stalls closed at 6:45pm and once the fireworks were ready the gates to the field were opened at 7:15pm and once everyone had gathered in the school field the firework display started. The Event was carefully run and everyone one made sure that the night was enjoyable for all
