Two more men have been charged with murder after the fatal shooting of a man in Erith.
Kai McGinley was shot dead in Pembroke Road at 8.50pm on February 9.
Connor Brooks, 20, of Horsa Road, Erith and Bradlee Reeve, 33, of Chapman Road, Erith were both charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder on March 11.
They will appear at Bromley Magistrates Court later today.
Previously, Enriko Spahiu, 20, of Elmhurst, Belvedere and, Jalees Selby-Gangera, 18, of Woodfield Close, Erith were charged on March 9 – also with murder and attempted murder.
They appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court and will next appear at the Old Bailey.
It was reported that two vehicles were involved in the incident, and that several attackers in balaclavas fired shots at the victim following a road chase.
Officers found the 24-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound a short distance away in Hillside.
Despite attempts by the emergency services to save his life, Kai died shortly after.
Kai’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
Between March 9 and 10, officers carried out a number of warrants and arrested five more people.
A 16-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and a 53-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder – they have now been released on bail.
A 17-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder but has since been released with no further action.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Detectives have charged two men in connection with the murder of 24-year-old Kai McGinley in Erith.
“Connor Brooks, age 20 (17/03/02) of Horsa Road, Erith and Bradlee Reeve, age 33 (02/09/89) of Chapman Road, Erith were both charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder on Saturday, 11 March.
“They will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.
“A 16-year-old female [C] arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and a 53-year-old man [D] arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder were released on bail.
“A 17-year-old male [F] arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder was released with no further action.
“All four were arrested overnight on Thursday, 9 into Friday, 10 March.
“Police were called at approximately 20:50hrs on Thursday, 9 February to reports of shots fired on Pembroke Road.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found 24-year-old Kai McGinley suffering with a gunshot injury.
“Despite the best efforts of emergency services to save him, Kai died at the scene.
“Previously, [A] Enriko Spahiu, 20, of Elmhurst, Belvedere and [B] Jalees Selby-Gangera, 18, of Woodfield Close, Erith were charged on Thursday, 9 March with murder and attempted murder.
“They appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court and will next appear at the Old Bailey.”
