During the mist of exam season, students are going to need to find ways to keep themselves calm so that they can perform at their very best. Music is a great for of relaxation and can benefit your mental wellbeing.
Music can come in many forms and genres. Each can help in different ways. Perhaps instrumentals are good for studying and working. Whilst R&B and pop music would be good for afterwards. Either way music is good for moments of relaxation.
Studying in silence can be boring and make the revision session tedious. Therefore playing music can help to make to study session feel fun and relaxed whilst still getting lots of work done. A peaceful song or Lofi music can help to you into the study rhythm.
But sometimes you want to just relax so playing your favourite song, instrument or singing yourself can be good for decreasing stress. According to Harvard Health singing can provide emotional benefits. So when you are feeling stressed, sing!
