Police are urgently searching for a motorcyclist after a crash in Eltham leaving a baby fighting for its life in hospital.
An image of a rider is circulated after police were called to the scene of a crash at around 3pm on Thursday, May 11 on Eltham Hill.
Officers were at the scene and found a woman, 29, and an 18-month-old child who was in a buggy.
They were both taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.
The baby remains in hospital with serious, life-changing injuries.
Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating the crash.
They have released photos of the motorbike and the rider, asking anyone who recognises them to contact the police.
On Thursday, May 18 a teenage boy was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He has since been released on bail.

Detective Constable Tristan Hunter, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “I would encourage anyone who knows who the rider might be to speak with us.
“They failed to stop at the scene following their reckless riding.
“A young child has suffered life-changing injuries that will continue to require ongoing treatment, including rehab.
“Please call police and tell us what you know.”
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Detectives investigating a collision in south-east London have released images of the rider as they continue to appeal for information.
“Police were called shortly after 15:00hrs on Thursday, 11 May to reports of a motorbike in collision with two pedestrians on Eltham Hill, SE9.
“Officers attended and found a 29-year-old woman and an 18-month-old child.
“The child, who was in a buggy, was injured in the collision.
“They were both taken to a south London hospital by the London Ambulance Service.
“The baby remains in hospital with serious injuries.
“Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating.
“They have today released images of the motorbike and rider.
“They would ask that anyone who recognises either contacts police to help with the ongoing investigation.
“On Thursday, 18 May, a teenaged boy was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
“He has been released on bail.
“Anyone with information is asked to call the witness line on 020 8285 1574 or via 101 quoting reference CAD 4687/11May.”
