TWO men are fighting for their lives after a car crash in the early hours of this morning (Friday).
Two cars collided at the junction of Markhouse Road on the A1006 at about 2am.
The driver and passenger of one of the cars are both in a critical condition, police say.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: "The first patient is a 46-year-old man who was taken to hospital for chest injuries.
"The second patient, another man, had head injuries and was also taken to hospital."
Three ambulances were called to the scene and both men were taken to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
The vehicles involved were a Blue BMW and a red Toyota.
