Duolingo is used all over the world for a variety of reasons such as to learn a new language or get better in one you already know. As a student who does German GCSE, Duoligno has been great in filling gaps in my vocabulary.
I have been using Duolingo since Year 8 (2021) and have used it for both French and German. It is a great motivator, with streaks and points for every 10 day street. I have been on this app for 540 days consecutively, and so it is both fun and educational. It also allows you to have a leaderboard in each league with a risk of being moved down each week, so is great friendly competition.
In conclusion, I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants help with learning a new language, and this app has been great fun for me and something which comes natural to me now. I hope this article helps!
