Mooboo Redhill Bubble Tea has become a local favourite and in honour of their 1st Year Anniversary, on the 26th of November, the assistant manager, Sharmila Chatterjee agreed to do an interview regarding their one year journey.
A: Congratulations on one year, how do you feel about this?
Sharmila: “ I am really pleased about how we have done this past year. We now have a set of loyal customers who enjoy our range of Bubble Teas and now, snacks. We didn’t have snacks at the start of our journey but now there's more snacks than drinks!”
A: So, are snacks a new thing? How are the bubble tea customers taking to it?
S: “Oh…they are absolutely loving it! We have one particular snack called mochi, mango mochi, which seems to be a big hit among the youngsters.”
A: Are you doing anything special for your one year anniversary?
S: “Yes we might all (staff) go out for a meal and celebrate!”
A: Christmas is around the corner, are you introducing any new drinks/snacks for the festive season?
S: “Yes, the Strawberry Winter Fall, which we started selling last week. It is a Wintermelon milk tea with strawberry syrup. Christmas is usually a very busy time with shoppers stopping by for a quick drink. Seeing a new drink on the menu to celebrate the festive spirit is always exciting.”
A: What are your goals for the year to come?
S: “Oh, to keep doing what we are doing and enjoy it at the same time. Of course, it gets tiring sometimes but I feel like we have done great this year. We are looking forward to another year of Mooboo.”
