Our borough has had a series of important planning applications over the last week, so we have rounded up those notable across Havering.

From increased parking spaces to various housing developments across the borough, we have included a range of proposals for you to look at.

Havering-atte-Bower had an application, P1855.23, to covert two homes into two flats.

This application, at 30 Charlotte Gardens in Romford, also involves the creation of a single-storey rear extension, a parking bay and internal alterations.

In North Street in Marshalls and Rose Park ward, an application, A0062.23, was submitted for two externally lit fascia signs and one inside projecting sign.

This also includes a non-lit car park sign. The aforementioned signs would be for a Co-op Funeralcare.

In Rainham and Wennington an application, P1806.23, was submitted to erect four silos in connection with a seeding business.

This is at Fairview Industrial Estate, Unit 1a.

The same ward also had plans made to increase the size of a car park and building a vehicle crossover to provide extra parking spaces for the Northeast London Foundation Trust (NELFT).

This is for the Rainham Health Clinic in Upminster Road.

In Squirrels Heath ward an application, P1865.23, was made for a part single, part two-storey extension to home in Cavenham Gardens, Hornchurch.

A garage conversion into living space and raising the roof was also included in the plans.

St Andrews ward in Romford also had an application, P1815.23, for a single-storey rear extension to a second floor flat with internal alterations.

This was for a property at 127-133 High Street in Hornchurch.

The same ward had plans, P1859.2, made to demolish part of the Drury Falls building at the Havering Sixth Form College in Hornchurch.

A housing development, P1700.23, was planned for in St Albans ward in Hornchurch which would involve the conversion of a property in 34 Douglas Road into six self-contained flats.

More housing has been proposed for South Hornchurch which had plans, P1844.23, to erect a detached two-storey building with a two-bed and a one-bed flat at the site adjacent to 300 South End Road in Rainham.
